We try to follow the so-called netiquette as much as possible, in cases where our rules cannot be applied directly. For the Forum to work in a nice way, our guests and members must follow the laws as well as the moral and ethics that apply to anyone using the Internet in general. Seeing as this is an international forum, the official language spoken here is English. We request all visitors to respect this rule.
Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this forum or any entity associated with this forum. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email (see below). 2§. You agree not to encourage crime or diffuse somebody else’s encouragement of crime.
3§. You agree to be courteous and to respect others opinions and views.
4§. You agree not to contribute to the diffusion of data viruses.
5§. You agree not to write contributions that will make you break a professional secrecy or other confidentiality.
6§. You agree not to lie about other people or identify anybody as criminal.
7§. You agree not to use course or rough swearwords, oaths or curses or unjustified provocative contributions.
8§. You agree not to write anything that you could not be responsible for having said in person.
9§. You agree not to make hints about having illegally copied material.
10§. You agree not to spread or link to pictures or texts containing pornographical material, material containing sexist opinions, child pornography or illegal violent descriptions. ( rule avoided in VIP zone )
11§. You agree not to write or provide any information that could infringe any third party rights, image or property.
12§. All personal information is collected, kept and treated confidentially.
13§. You agree to not impersonate a KOC employee, nor spread false rumors allegedly coming from a KOC employee. You also acknowledge that the tag [KOC] in the forum user names on this site is reserved for KOC employees ONLY.
13§. You agree to keep your profiles signature (which is attached to every one of your posts) within the restricted size. The maximum allowed size for a signature is 100 pixels high and 400 pixels wide, and this includes images and text. For reference, see the signatures used by our Moderators.
Persons not following these rules may be excluded from the forum without warning.
